1 - 28oz dry aged Australian wagyu porterhouse. The best of both worlds, taken to another level with dry aging. When you want the flavor of a NY Strip, and the tenderness of a filet, this is that way to go. This cut is from the same loin as a t-bone, just with a larger portion of filet. We age all of our dry aged steaks in-house for a minimum of 28 days.
We can not ship during holidays.
All Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, UPS Next Day Air. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship next business day.
